Instead of writing clinical notes from scratch or copying content from external sources, doctors can select a relevant template with pre-filled structure and content, such as for hypertension, diabetes, or routine check-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The physician then simply adjusts the template based on the patient\u2019s specific findings, saving valuable time while ensuring all critical elements are covered.
