Billing module
Intellia EHR features a fully integrated billing module that simplifies and streamlines the financial operations of healthcare institutions. During the patient encounter, both the physician and receptionist can select medical services directly from the institution’s configured catalog (price list). This catalog includes consultation fees, diagnostic procedures, lab tests, treatments, and more, each with predefined prices.
Once the services are selected, the system automatically generates an invoice reflecting the total amount to be paid. This invoice is linked to the patient’s record and can be accessed at any time by authorized staff. Intellia provides a dedicated interface for the cashier, who is responsible for receiving payments and registering them in the system.
In addition, the system maintains a full payment history for each patient. With this functionality, Intellia EHR helps healthcare organizations maintain accurate financial records, improve revenue cycle management, and ensure a smooth and professional billing experience for both staff and patients.
The billing module clearly distinguishes between unpaid and paid invoices, reducing confusion and ensuring full financial transparency. Cashiers and managers can view outstanding invoices at any time, allowing them to follow up on unpaid amounts and take necessary actions.
