All Intellia EHR lifetime licenses come with a 12-month warranty period, during which any identified defects or system issues will be resolved free of charge. This ensures stability and confidence in the platform from the moment of deployment.
In addition to warranty coverage, we offer optional adaptive maintenance services, ideal for clients who require customizations to align the EHR system with their specific processes, workflows, or national regulations. Adaptive maintenance allows for continuous improvement and tailoring of the solution.
These services are available through monthly subscription plans, with fees based on the number of development hours included:
- USD 1,750/month – up to 25 man-hours/month
- USD 3,600/month – up to 60 man-hours/month
- USD 6,000/month – up to 120 man-hours/month
Prices apply with the condition of a 12-month contract.
Additionally, Intellia offers system administration services—which include tasks such as access control setup, backups and performance monitoring—for an extra USD 300.00/month.
