When you purchase Intellia EHR, you receive a lifetime license, meaning the license is valid for an unlimited period of time.
If you need to increase the number of users, you simply pay the price difference between the current license tier and the desired one.
For example, if you hold a license for a small practice (up to 10 users) and want to upgrade to a medium practice license, you will only pay the difference between the two license prices.
We fully understand that your data is one of your clinic’s most valuable assets. That’s why we offer migration of historical data from your current EHR system to Intellia.
This service may be provided free of charge or at an additional cost, depending on the complexity of the migration. Once we assess your existing system and data structure, we’ll provide a clear and final answer regarding the scope and any associated costs.
No, Intellia EHR is deployed on the servers or hosting environment supplied by our clients.
In some case we may offer payment terms such as 50% upfront and the remaining 50% due within one or two months. Other payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, all Intellia licenses include a 12-month warranty period. During this time, any errors, bugs, or discrepancies will be corrected at no additional cost.
Our customers are responsible for administering the servers and all software running on them—including the operating system, the Intellia application, and the database. However, we are open to negotiating arrangements where our team manages the Intellia EHR infrastructure on your behalf.
