Intellia EHR enables physicians to create and use customizable clinical note templates tailored to specific pathologies or types of consultations.

This functionality significantly improves documentation speed and consistency. Instead of writing clinical notes from scratch or copying content from external sources, doctors can select a relevant template with pre-filled structure and content, such as for hypertension, diabetes, or routine check-ups.

The physician then simply adjusts the template based on the patient’s specific findings, saving valuable time while ensuring all critical elements are covered. Templates support commonly used formats like SOAP and can be reused across the team, promoting standardization of care and reducing the risk of errors or omissions.
