Intellia EHR offers a powerful task management module that enhances coordination and accountability across the healthcare team. Users can create tasks for themselves or assign them to other system users, promoting structured and collaborative workflows.

Each task includes a clear execution status such as To Do, In Progress, On Hold, or Completed, giving full visibility into its current state. Tasks are assigned a due date and time, and every task has a defined executor as well as optional participants, ensuring everyone involved is informed and responsible.

To help prioritize work, tasks can be labeled with different priority levels, such as Urgent, ASAP, Ordinary, or Low. The system also supports the creation of recurrent tasks, allowing users to automate daily, weekly, or custom recurring activities.

Users can define how they wish to be notified—via email, internal system notifications, or both—to ensure timely responses. Additionally, a complete task history is available, allowing users to track the timeline of task creation, updates, and status changes.
